2023 Our 10th Charity Dinner

Last Thursday we were delighted to hold our 10th Charity Dinner at the wonderful Prestonfield House Hotel. We had another truly memorable evening featuring comedy from Fred MacAulay and Andy Nicol expertly interviewed special guest, Sir Chris Hoy, giving us an insightful and thought provoking window into his phenomenal career and life as an elite athlete. Boogie from Forth 1 compèred the ever-popular "Spot the Hit" game and our evening was delivered with excellence by Master of Ceremonies, Eilidh Barbour. Alex Fleming, auctioneer extraordinaire, kept the excitement and energy building during the charity auction, helping to make the evening such a success.

It was an evening of overwhelming kindness and generosity and the funds raised will help us to deepen and increase our social impact and to realise our dream of building our “second home” for youth work and education at Spartans Community Foundation. A place for young people to socialise and to learn and overall, a place to feel safe and supported.
