Spartans Community Foundation Cancellation Policy

• We offer a 48 hour notice period on all ‘one-off’ pitch bookings for cancellations. If you cancel after the 48 hour notice period then the full booking charge will be applied.  

• We offer a full refundable cancellation on Kids’ parties up until 14 days before the booking (deposit or full price). If you cancel the party within 14 days of the date of the party you will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking minus anything already paid.  

• Block Pitch Bookings: We can only accept cancellations requested 7 days in advance for block bookings.  We operate a ‘one strike’ per block policy, thereafter you will be charged 50% of your booking cost. 

• Functions/Room bookings: We can only accept cancellations which are provided 7 days in advance of the event date. 

 Please allow up to 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed.
